Ingredients:

Sugar, Water, Pickled Red Chilli, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum (wtf is that?!)

(Yes, there are many things in this bottle, nothing all that special, and some things I cannot identify... but it tastes Great!)

About Me:

I like this as a dipping sauce to go on my deep fried flathead fillets after a morning out in the boat!  Great taste, mild enough to get a good scoop in each mouthfull, with enough bite to give it some ZAP!     

Pros:

• Great big 730ml bottle for those big events
• Screw top lid for easy pouring
• It's available at any supermarket for less than $3!!!

Cons:

• It's not all that hot - I know you real chilli lovers will think I'm a wuss... but hey, I'd rather enjoy my food once, and not be reminded about what I ate a few days later!  (if you know what I mean!)
• It's not home made... seriously, home made sauces are the best, and if you have the time, make your own... you'll enjoy it so much more and you'll be admired by all the neighbours when they smell your cooking.
