This sauce is called "Chi Pica" and its a Guatemalan Hot Suce made from Tabasco Peppers.
LOL I just noticed that this is a hot sauce made with peppers from Tabasco (Mexico) made in Guatemala and being reviewed in El Salvador.
Anyways
Hot in spanish is Picante but we also use it as a verb as in "pica"="it stings"
Here in the name ChiPicaand the "Chi" is used instead of "si"=yes
So the name of the sauce is actually "yes it stings"
It is hot, but it also has a nice flavour to it and if the bottle had been full you would have been able to see it has other spices and natural ingredients, it's no just that red liquid made from a concentrate or hot escence but you can actually see some of the ingredients.
